Corona virus or officially known as COVID-19 is now that virus that can cause mass extinction in certain regions, Itlay is the simple example of its impact where everyday around 700+ people are being declared dead. The virus is not only attacking the weak immunity one's but also the one's who are partially educated about the COVID-19.

1. Cover your body parts: As we all know there is a seasonal change and body feels both hot and cold at this time so to avoid these type of situation wear full sleeves clothes , do not walk bare foot on the floor (WEAR SOCKS) . As floor being cold can cause you common cold resulting sneezing and coughing.
2. Boost your Immunity : Immunity plays a vey important role in these crucial days.
Drink the water with luke warm temperature, add honey to make your throat soothing.
Avoid using spicy and tangy flavours in your food .
Avoid outside food.
Eat fruits with high antioxidant values (KIWI,PINEAPPLE).
3.Take good care of your stomach: Eat proper meal to avoid constupation and try to eat meal at timing to decrease the acidic content in the stomach.
